We will willingly offer a refund or exchange on any unused product returned within 28 days of the date on the receipt for your order, provided you have your despatch note and/or receipt and the product is in a reasonable, re-saleable condition, ideally in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations on the following categories: mattresses, mattress toppers or protectors, duvets, pillows, blankets, or curtains where the heading tape has been pulled.
