      This pillow was just what I was looking for - soft, comfy and plump. Unfortunately this didn't last and a few months later it had flattened considerably. Would have been great if it had kept it's shape but now I'm on the lookout for another pillow. Very disappointing.

        Have used walled pillows for a couple of years as we like the support between neck and shoulder, but these have not fared particularly well. All support in them has disappeared and they are only 2 months old. I would have expected better from a brand like Dorma. Would not buy Dorma again.
