Returns Policy
We hope that you are delighted with your order from Dorma, but should you wish to return anything you have bought from us we will refund or exchange your order. Returns are only accepted if returned in fully resaleable condition, in original packaging within 28 days of receipt of the goods.
You can return your order in the following way:
Call 08449 80 00 11 with your order number. We will give you a returns authorisation number to enter on the returns label in order to speed up the process. You’ll find full details on the reverse of your despatch note. The completed returns label should be fixed to the package to be collected by our couriers on a date arranged with you by our Customer Service Advisors.
If you are returning the item due to a fault, we will also refund the delivery charge. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given where a product is found to be faulty, damaged or incorrect and represents the full order e.g. if 2 or more items are ordered and 1 item is returned then the delivery charge will not be refunded.
Your refund or exchange will only be processed when the goods have been received back in original, saleable condition to Dorma. The refund will only be credited to the credit card holder's account used to make the original purchase. It usually takes around 7 days to reach your account depending on how quickly your credit/debit card company processes the refund.
Products that cannot be refunded or exchanged
Please note that for hygiene reasons our returns policy and your cancellation rights under the Distance Selling Regulations does not apply to the following categories: Mattresses, mattress toppers or protectors, duvets, pillows, blankets or curtains where the heading tape has been pulled.
