Order Tracking
Follow the progress of your order online any time
It's so simple to order fabulous designs from Dorma online 24hrs a day. You'll find full details of how to order and what payment methods we accept in our FAQs. Once you've placed your order you can check its progress online whenever you choose. You'll be able to see exactly where your order is and how our efficient team are handling it.
Simply click on 'My Account' at the top of the page, enter your registered Username and Password, click 'Continue' and then click on 'Order Status'. You will then see a message showing what stage your order has reached.
These messages and their meanings are displayed here for your convenience:
Payment Approved – Payment has been authorised and your order is about to be picked or despatched. We will confirm receipt of your order by email.
In Progress – Your order is being processed and is on its way to despatch.
Being Picked– Your order is being picked, ready for despatch.
Despatched – Your order has been scanned for despatch. Payment will only be taken when your order is about to be sent to you.
Payment Received – Your payment has been processed and your order is about to be despatched. We will send you an email to confirm despatch of your order.
The following messages may also be shown:
Approval Denied – Payment was not authorised. We will contact you to discuss.
Insufficient Inventory – Your order is currently out of stock and we will contact you to discuss when it will be available.
Cancelled – Your order has been cancelled either by you or by us.
To cancel your order
Once placed, your order cannot be changed but if you call 08449 80 00 11 immediately, we can cancel the order if it has not already been sent to despatch and if it is not ‘Payment Approved.’ Call our Customer Service Advisors on 08449 80 00 11 with your order number and the date of your order if you wish to cancel your order.
Even if your order has been despatched, under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting from the day of delivery.
If you do wish to cancel, you must do so either in writing (by letter or email) or by calling 08449 80 00 11 within that 7 day period. If you do cancel the order within 7 days any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. If your items have already been despatched to you, then you will need to follow our Returns Policy to return goods to us in their original packaging, in resaleable condition within 28 days.
