Duvet Tog Ratings
All Seasons Duvet

A duvet's "tog" rating measures its ability to trap warm air. So the higher the tog rating, the warmer the duvet. On chilly winter's nights, you'll be cosiest in up to 15 tog, and when it's warm, choose a lower tog rating. Our All Seasons Duvets give you the versatility to select according to the season, with a low and a high tog fastened together, which can also be used separately. Our duvet range includes natural and synthetic fillings.

Types of Natural Fibre
Goose Feather Duvet

Natural fibres are usually goose or duck feathers or down or a combination of the two. They are naturally breathable, soft, light and durable but can present problems for allergy sufferers. Down is light and fluffy, from the breast of the bird, and traps your own body heat to keep you warm. Feathers are heavier but less expensive than down. Our revolutionary Dorma Healthguard treats duvets and pillows to protect natural fibres from the causes of common allergies and repel dust mites, so you can still enjoy the benefits of natural fibre but without the allergies.

Types of Synthetic Fibre
Microfibre Duvet and Pillows

Ideal for frequent washing, our synthetic fibres are light and warm, an ideal solution for allergy sufferers, while supportive synthetic fill pillows can put an end to neck pain. Hollowfibre is the ultimate in lightweight bliss, with each individual fibre hollow to trap even more warmth. Microfibre performs just like natural goose down by trapping body heat and is used in many of our Dorma duvets.
